Victoria is one of our Contracts Managers at BW; she has eight years’ experience in the construction industry and her strong interpersonal and leadership skills enable her to take a team-driven approach to her role. Over her professional career, she has developed a strong knowledge and understanding of the contractual and administrative aspects of construction theory through on-site experience and managing various stakeholders’ construction and procedures.

Sachin comes with a degree in Batchelor of Architecture and Masters in Construction management. Since coming to UK in year 2005, he has worked with leading fitout companies in London, starting as a graduate trainee. All these years Sachin’s experience has totally been within the fit out industry, working on prestigious, high value and demanding projects, delivering them to the highest quality standards. Sachin heads up the Design management department in BW and is keen to bring in consistency in delivering projects and the service BW provides from a design management point of you. Strongly believes in adapting to the client team’s needs and hence always starts by asking “What can we do to help you”, rather than state “This is what we do” !

Ines is looking forward to establishing long-term relationships with consultants and clients that are built on trust. Ines has years of consultancy experience under her belt, advising corporate clients on their global flexible workspace portfolios.

There are rumours that he has a spreadsheet for absolutely everything and he apparently moonlights as a nightclub DJ which could explain his habit of sending emails through the night – and the vast quantities of coffee (and tequila) he consumes! Regardless, what we do know for sure is that Kevin has a passion for numbers, problem solving and helping deliver successful workplaces from complex refurbishments to fast-track fit-outs.

Kim oversees the Environment & Sustainability Team and implements sustainability and social performance strategies at BW, whilst also contributing to recruitment policies and assessments to promote a diverse workforce. With a background in engineering, architecture and sustainability consultancy, as well as over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Kim is passionate about finding the best solutions to any environmental issue and isn’t afraid of a technical challenge. When not at work or entertaining her kids, Kim is happiest in the studio or workshop, working on anything from printmaking and etching to silversmithing and glasswork.
